I found the staff very attentive to details. I appreciated that the hotel was clean. Cleaners visited daily. The provided robes and slippers added a touch of luxury, very useful for spa visits.
The gym lacks air conditioning. This makes workouts uncomfortable.

Russi at the pool bar consistently checked on my day and crafted Really good cocktails. the management team also interacted daily.
i noticed the hotel, though clean, did have some maintenance issues. the paintwork and finishings felt a bit rushed. this detracted slightly from the overall luxury ambiance.

my room included a fridge stocked with drinks. the room offered a safe for valuables. a hairdryer was available in the bathroom, and daily cleaning services kept everything tidy. ironing facilities were available upon request.

the pool area was chilled and offered free daily pool towels. i found comfortable mattresses on the loungers. there were plenty of umbrellas available for shade and ample sunbeds. i did not have to wake up early to reserve a spot.

our cups were washed in the bathroom sink. our used robe was brought back to us without cleaning. the bedsheets were not changed, even though i asked repeatedly.
